Q. Can my order be shipped overnight or 2nd day air?
A. Orders placed by 1:00pm EST can be shipped overnight or 2nd day air for an additional handling fee of $15.00 plus the cost of shipping. The cost of shipping is calculated on the web-site by delivery address. At this time, overnight and 2 day shipping is available for U.S. orders only. Overnight or 2nd day air shipping is not available for the Market Report subscription.
Q.What is the status of my previously placed order?
A. Please call RVIA with your order number so staff can check on the status of your order. Without an order number it is more difficult to locate your order.
Q. I don't know my member number to receive member prices?
A. If you are a member of RVIA and can't remember your member ID, please contact our Membership Department to receive this information.
Q. How do I know which publication I wish/need to order?
A. Each publication available is displayed with a picture, detailed description and even a sample Table of Contents to assist customers in identifying the correct publication.

A. Updates to RVIA's publications vary per publication. Please refer to the list below that indicates scheduled updates to the current roster of publications:

Q. Are electronic copies of publications available for purchase?
A. At this time, only the Vacation Cost Comparison: Vacations Using Recreation Vehicles vs. Other Types of Vacations by PKF Consultants is available electronically. Order must be placed directly with RVIA by payment with a Visa or MasterCard.
Q. What standards do I need to use when building an RV?

Q. What edition of a standard was my vehicle built in compliance with?
A. The standards are updated approximately every three years (1993, 1996, 1999, 2002 etc.) You will need the edition of the standard that was in effect at the time your unit was built. For example if you purchased a 1995 unit, you should purchase the 1993 edition of the standard. Previous editions are available by calling RVIAs Publications Department.
Q. What is included in the Market Report subscription?
A. New Market Report subscriptions include the most recent issue of Profile, Year-End Report, and RV Roadsigns and shipped at the beginning of the month following the placement of the order. Monthly Reports are mailed at the beginning of each month.
